Rootory licenses the app to you for personal English vocabulary learning on devices you own or control, subject to applicable store usage rules. This license is nonexclusive and nontransferable. You retain ownership of information you submit. Rootory and its licensors retain rights to the software, learning content and artwork. Do not redistribute copyrighted content, abuse accounts, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Mandatory rights under local law remain unaffected.
Learning scope
Word analysis covers the included vocabulary, not every possible English word. Guests may access the first three roots. An account is needed from the fourth root; Plus is needed from the ninth. Bundled content is available offline within your access rights. Account creation, synchronization, purchase and entitlement verification need network access. Content can contain errors; report them to support. Rootory is not affiliated with the car brands mentioned in educational topics.
Plus purchases
Monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. The store sheet shows the actual local price, duration, eligibility and any offer before you confirm. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the store at least 24 hours before the current period ends; renewal charges may occur within that 24-hour period. A trial or introductory offer is available only when your store account is eligible. After an offer the standard displayed subscription price applies. A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. Manage or restore purchases from the membership screen using the original store account. Cancelling renewal retains access until expiry. Deleting your Rootory account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Offline access to cached Plus requires a successful entitlement check within 24 hours and never extends past a known expiry; reconnect to refresh it.
Privacy and accounts
Rootory is for users aged 13 or older. Users under 18 must obtain any parent or guardian permission required by local law.
Read the separate Privacy Policy before enabling online services. Keep credentials secure; provide accurate account information. Account deletion is available in Profile; the confirmation explains its current scope. Unlawful or abusive use may result in suspension. Contact support for account problems and applicable data rights.
Support, refunds and changes
Request App Store refunds through Apple; store policies and applicable consumer law govern eligibility. Rootory does not promise a refund or cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Contact support@rootory.app for help. The app is provided with reasonable care, without a guarantee of uninterrupted service or error-free learning content; liability exclusions do not override mandatory consumer protections. Material changes will be identified in the app. Apple is not responsible for providing Rootory support. These terms do not limit your statutory rights.
